Michael Schacht, a relative newcomer to the concert photography scene, has spent the last seven years growing roots in Chicago. Currently residing in River North, the epicenter of the city, he’s a true artist at heart. An accomplished musician in his own right, this modern day Renaissance man bleeds for his creative outlets. With a background in the culinary arts he’s got an eye for color and presentation, which shines through and compliments his incredible attention to detail. Armed with great things on the horizon, and a dedication to capturing a fresh perspective of Chicago’s ever evolving music scene, Michael continues to merge his two passions in life, music and photography. Michael Litchfield

Michael Litchfield, a native Chicago talent and music enthusiast, is an avid photographer and has been photographing for the past five years.  Michael studied Photography and Digital Design at Miami University, and kicked off his musical photography career when he toured the country with fellow friends, classmates, and Chicago band, Powerspace. Currently residing in Wicker Park, Michael has photographed many bands including The Roots, Estelle, Kid Sister, Powerspace, From First to Last, Brighton, Bob Schneider, etc.  Michael also photographs weddings and special events, but his true passion is music.  For more examples of his work please go to www.mrlitchfield.com.
